Terms of Service

1. Your Agreement with Intecrop

1.1 Your use of the Intecrop agricultural management system is governed by this agreement (the "Terms"). "Intecrop" means Intecrop (Pty) Ltd, located at Goede Hoop, De Doorns, 6875, South Africa. The "Intecrop Services" means the agricultural management services we provide through this system.

1.2 By using the Intecrop Services, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

2. Your Account and Use of the Services

2.1 You must provide accurate and complete registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under it.

2.2 Your use of the Services must comply with all applicable agricultural, data protection, and business laws and regulations.

3. Service Policies and Privacy

3.1 Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

3.2 You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are accessing this system as an employee or authorized representative of a business entity
  • Records you create in the system belong to your employer/business entity
  • Your employer has full access to business records you create
  • Your use of the system may be monitored and logged for security and compliance

3.3 Business entities using the Service must:

  • Ensure they have the right to process employee personal data
  • Inform their employees about system monitoring and data collection
  • Handle business records in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Manage user access appropriately

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Service fees and payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4.2 We will provide at least fifteen (15) days notice before any changes to fees take effect.

5. Data and Records

5.1 You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of all records entered
  • Compliance with agricultural regulations and record-keeping requirements
  • Maintaining appropriate backup copies of your data
  • Proper use of the system according to provided training and documentation

6. Service Modifications and Termination

6.1 We may modify the Services to improve functionality or comply with regulations. Significant changes will be communicated in advance.

6.2 You may terminate your use of the Services by following the account cancellation process. You are responsible for exporting your data before account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 While we strive to maintain accurate and reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or complete accuracy of all data. You are responsible for verifying critical information and maintaining appropriate backups.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Stellenbosch, Western Cape.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 We may update these Terms with advance notice. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
